| 摘 要： | 在教学质量评价理论的基础上,利用＂亲和图＂技术构建评价初始指标。采用因子分析法,分析指标间的相关性,用层次分析法确定指标的权集。对综合评价决策支持系统（I EDSS）进行了初步的分析,开发了教学质量评价管理系统,用该系统对天津大学教师教学质量进行连续两年（四个学期）的测评,得到较为满意的结果。
