| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查方法，通过对浙江省普通高校学生课外体育活动现状的调查研究，结果表明：大学生参加课外体育活动动机明确，但活动频度不稳定，随意性大；活动项目选择具有明显的性别特征，有组织的课外体育活动开展情况较差；体育意识薄弱、活动习惯、能力差及场地器材不足是影响大学生课外体育活动的主要原因，据此提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By the status in guestionaire investigation of spane time sports lay Zhejiang university or college students, it is shown that;they are cortain on motivation for participating in the sports in spare time sports;the main reason influenced their spare time sports lain on weak sports awareness, bad activity habits ,deficient ability and absent equipments, so, we put forward corresponding countermeasure and advices. |
