| 摘 要： | 针对“健康(H)”、“体育(PE)”和“竞技(S)”等词语使用混乱的问题，从其词语的真义出发，对竞技的属性及其内涵和外延、体育的意义，健康的性质等方面进行分析，并揭示由于用语使用不当而导致思维混乱所产生的症结，提出通过语言习惯运用的改变，来达到对思维方式的变革。
