| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和专家访谈等研究方法，对教师的职业发展定义界定后，对当前湖南高校女性体育教师的基本情况、教学工作情况、科研情况及继续教育情况进行分析研究。结果表明：湖南高校女性体育教师的学历结构、职称结构、科研水平及所掌握的体育专项有待改善，教学质量、担任职务及继续教育的自主意识较好。在文章结论的基础上，提出了一些关于搞好女性体育教师的职业发展的有效对策。

| Abstract: | With the combination of the documentary analysis and questionnaire,this research advanced definition of generalized what teacher's profession,and analysed college female P.E teacher of Hunan about basic instance,teaching going,scientific research instance,etc.The result shows that:the diploma and the title of a technical post structure,research level,specialty and economic income should be improved with college female P.E teacher of Hunan,also teaching quality,occupy duty and sequel education independence consciousness are better.Based on the conclusion of this paper,it puts forward availability strategy about improving college female P.E teacher's profession development. |
