| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法，对四川省城镇老年人体育锻炼现状进行系统调查研究，并对影响该省城镇老年人体育锻炼的因素进行全面分析。针对影响因素，提出了相应的具体性建议，为政府部门制定实施全民健身计划提供决策依据，促进老年体育健康科学有序的发展提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | By employing the methods of cultural heritage data,questionnaire and data statistics and so on,the paper goes on a research to county elders' physical exereise in Sichuan prorince systemically and analyzes the factors of influencing county elders' physical exercise completely.Based on these factors,It puts forward some concrete suggestions which offer basis for government to make plans of the populace health and provide references to promote elders' physical health scientifically. |
