| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法，通过了解小轮车运动的发展历史、我国小轮车运动现状，并在此基础上对造成现状的原因与发展对策进行分析研究。为赶超国外先进水平，学习先进经验，尽快提高我国小轮车运动的竞赛能力提供参考依据。
