| 摘 要： | 在2010年中国大学生排球联赛长春赛区集训和比赛期间，利用吉林体育学院实验室对25名不同位置优秀排球运动员进行有氧运动能力相关指标的测试、分析以及特征与规律的研究，为未来我国优秀排球运动员体能训练提供理论与实践依据。研究方法：对即将参加2010年全国大学生排球超级联赛的25名优秀运动员进行有氧能力有关指标进行测试，最大吸氧量（V02max）采用德国产Jaeger Oxycon Pro心肺功能仪以及LE6000跑台进行直接测试，功率采用瑞典产Monark839E无氧功率车进行测试。血乳酸采用YSI-1500便携式血乳酸自动分析仪进行测试，研究结果：通过递增负荷运动中最大摄氧量、最大心率、最大功率、运动后血乳酸等指标的动态变化规律，显示场上不同位置运动员有氧耐力指标存在较大的差异，表现为副攻〉二传〉主攻〉接应〉自由人；结论：排球运动员场上不同位置运动员对有氧能力的要求不同，但是现代排球运动对运动员的有氧能力要求越来越高。 |
