| 摘 要： | 世界乒坛呈现出以亚欧对抗为主导不均衡发展的格局;从2009年我国实施＂国际援助与发展计划＂,中国进入由乒乓大国向乒乓强国发展阶段;受该＂计划＂影响,欧洲参训女子运动员的世界排名普遍提高;逐步缩小各大洲之间的差距,促进乒乓球运动在全世界发展是＂国际援助与发展计划＂的关键。
