| 摘 要： | 我国高水平运动员物质性人格权和精神性人格权被侵害的现象屡见不鲜，由于法制不健全，运动员人格权保护出现真空，提出应加强运动员训练过程中的法律监督；用法律手段明确运动员商业开发办法；尽快出台体育仲裁制度，完善体育法。

| Abstract: | It usually happens that the high-level athletes' personality is violated both on material aspect and spiritual aspect.There are vacuum and intercalation in the protection on athletes' personality because of the imperfect legal system.We proposes to strengthen the legal supervision on the process of athletes' training;to clear the way of athletes' commercial development by legal means;to make out a sports arbitration system as soon as possible and to improve the sports law. |
