| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查研究法和专家访谈法等，对黑龙江省竞技运动的地域布局进行研究。结果发现：黑龙江省各地区竞技运动项目开展差异较大，地域分布不均衡。三届省运会各项目奖牌分布相对分散，大多数奖牌集中少数地区，是导致各地区竞技体育整体水平发展差异较大的主要原因。不同地区在某一具体项目中夺取较多奖牌，也表现出该地区在这类项目上具有一定的优势特征。为此，建议完善项目设置，提高项目的普及率，对整体水平较弱地区给予政策倾斜，完善交流机制与培养体系，为促进黑龙江省各地域竞技体育整体水平的均衡发展提供参考。
