| 摘 要： | “抱石头”是西藏民族传统体育的主要项目，在西藏各地广泛开展。文章运用田野调查法、文献资料法等分析了“抱石头”项目的活动方式、文化价值及其现状等，提出了“抱石头”项目发展的建议和意见，并为西藏民族传统体育的传承与发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | As a main item of Tibetan traditional physical education, the lifting stone is widely developed all over Tibet. Using the methods of field investigation and historical documents, this artide analyses the performance way, cultural value, current situation of the lifting stone,it puts forward the suggestions and opinions about the devlopment of Lifting Stone,Meanwhile,it provides the references to inherit and develoop Tibetan troditional physical edueation. |
