| 摘 要： | 基于社区居民对体育服务设施使用偏好的调查，选取了该社区居民和工作人员为调查研究对象，应用Logistic回归模型分析了影响城市社区居民对体育服务设施使用偏好的主要因素，认为影响城市社区居民对体育服务设施使用偏好的因素主要包括个人的社会属性与社区中体育设施供给状况两方面，依据回归方程中的影响因素和参数估计，并确定了规划配置的指标体系与配置标准，以促进社区体育服务设施的使用效率最优。

Preference Cognition and Influencing Factors about Sports Service Facilities in the City Community |

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation on the preference of community residents to sports service facilities, selecting the residents and staff of the community as the researching objects, applying the Logistic regression model to analysis the main factors that influ-ence the residents’ preference on the use of city community sports service facilities, considering that the factors that affect the use of sports service facilities by city community residents include the personal social attributes and the supply of community sports fa-cilities in two aspects, according to the influencing factors and parameters’ estimation of the regression equation, and determining the index system and standard of the planning configuration, to promote the use of community sports service facilities for the best efficiency. |
