| 摘 要： | 通过对1997-2005年的FIG竞技健美操竞赛规则变化的分析和比较,探讨我国竞技健美操技术的发展方向,旨在使广大的教练员、运动员吃透规则精神,把握新规则动向,刻苦钻研,科学训练,为提高训练编排水平和在比赛中取得优异成绩打下坚实基础,为竞技健美操早日步入奥运会大家庭打下坚实基础。
