| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内外媒体相继报道,在社会上、在各种体育运动场合连续发生运动性猝死的意外事故。结合运动医学临床运用文献资料法,论述运动性猝死的定义、流行病学、病因、发病机制和分级预防。参加各种体育运动经常发生运动性伤病,大多是轻伤小病。但是也偶有严重的伤病伤害突发,顶级的事故就是运动性猝死。运动参加者必须提高警惕,科学训练。
