| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法，对我校大学生的体育态度，体育行为现状以及体质进行了调查和分析。结果表明：当前我校大学生大部分的体育态度基本处于良好水平，即体育态度积极，且体育态度和体育行为有很好的一致性，但体育锻炼现状不是令人满意，这与一部分大学生体育意识不强有关，也与本校的体育场地和设施的紧张有关。由此提示在今后的体育教育当中，对运动不积极的学生要在体育态度上加以引导，还要加强改善学校的体育场地和设施。

| Abstract: | To promote the PE reformation in universities and advance their PE consciousness and behavior,we have made a survey and analyse to the students of our college by questionnaires.The result shows:the majority of students' PE attitude is on the all right ground,namely there are active with a better accord of PE attitude and behavior,but their actuality of exercise is not so satisfactory,which is on the one hand due to the weakness of some students' attitude to PE,and on the other hand to the lack of sport grounds and facilities. |
