| 摘 要： | 对黑龙江省田径裁判员队伍的现状进行调查与分析。其中包括田径裁判员的选拔、培训、考核、奖惩等。指出黑龙江省田径裁判员队伍存在问题,并提出相应的对策,以适应黑龙江省田径比赛的要求,确保黑龙江省田径竞赛工作快速发展。

| Abstract: | The paper makes an investigation and analysis to the current situation of Heilongjiang province track and field referee team.Among them,choosing,training including the track and field referee,examine,award and punishment and so on.It points out the problem there existing in Heilongjiang province track and field referee team,brings forward the corresponding countermeasure to adapt to Heilongjiang province track and field competition request,ensures that the Heilongjiang province track and field contest job develops quickly. |
