| 摘 要： | 通过现阶段高校体育教学现状分析，提出应重视高校民族传统体育项目的教学。论述了民族传统体育项目的特点与作用。通过教学实验，使学生愿意接受民族传统体育项目的教学，并受到民族传统体育文化的教育。
