| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计的方法对吉林大学400名大学生的体育活动特点及参与动机进行了调查，分析探讨了当前大学生体育活动的现状与特点。研究表明：课外体育活动已成为相当一部分大学生课余生活的重要活动方式之一。大学生总体上课外体育活动的参与面较高，但活动量相对不足。目前大学生体育活动参与动机已向多元化方向发展。

| Abstract: | By literature consultation, questionaire investigation and mathematical statistics,400 jilin university students were investigated and the current was analysed and discussed.The result shows that at prensent, physical activities after class have become one of the main life ways in large part of university students. As a whole, the students take part in various sorts of exercises, but the quantity is not enough as well. The motivation of physical participating have developed towards various directions. |
