| 摘 要： | 太极拳是武术的优秀拳种之一。在其繁衍的过程中,深受道家思想的影响。从太极拳理论入手,通过对太极拳哲理的领悟,修炼境界的彻悟,来透视道家“守弱”哲学思想。

| Abstract: | Taijiquan is one of the outstanding fist plants of the martial arts.It is deeply influenced by Taoism thought in the process of muctiplication.Through the comprehension of philosophy and state to Taijiquan,the article sees through philosophical thoughts of "weak-guard" of Taoism. |
