| 摘 要： | 以参加新疆中学体育教师工作会议的体育教师为研究对象，以辛涛等人1995年修订的《教师教学效能感量表》为研究工具，通过分析比较新疆中学体育教师自我效能感状况，探讨了体育教师自我效能感的特点及影响因素，提出了培养和提高体育教师教学效能感的对策。

| Abstract: | The study takes physical education teachers participating in the work meeting as the research object,takes teacher's teaching efficacy scale Xin Tao revised in 1995 as research tool,analyses sense of self-efficacy condition of secondary school physical education teachers,discusses the characteristics and impact factors of self-efficacy,and proposes the measures to cultivate and enhance the physical education teachers teaching efficacy. |
