摘    要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,在分析网球底线抽球能力评定标准和影响因素的基础上,进行了压力教学法与传统教学法的对比实验,实验后测发现实验组学生在抽球的稳定性和应变力上明显优于对照组,分析认为压力教学法能提高学生的专注度和应变能力,磨练意志,增强临场应对能力,对提高学生底线抽球能力具有一定指导意义,另外在教学方法上可以为网球教学提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:By using literature consultation, questionnaire survey, experimentation, mathematical statistics and other study meth- ods, based on the analysis of the evaluation standard and influence factors about the ability of drive along the base line, a contrast experiment between pressure trains method and traditional method was conducted. Resoults show that the drive stability and resili- ence of students in the experimental group is obviously superior to the students in the control group. Analysis suggests that pres- sure trains method can improve students' s concentration and resilience, enhance their will and the ability to accommodate altera- tions. It has certain guiding significance to improve students' s ability of base line drive, and can provide reference for the tennis teaching.
