| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法和访谈法掌握了天津市滨海三区27个街道（镇）的社区体育发展现状,找出制约社区体育发展的原因并给予建议,对促进社区体育生活化建设具有指导意义。研究结论：1）滨海三区社区体育锻炼场馆、设施缺乏（室外场地人均0.096 m2,室内体育室内场地人均0.017 m2）,基层政府专项体育经费投入不足。2）滨海三区社区体协和社区活动点的经费主要源于基层政府和体育行政部门配给且配给有限（12.8%）,辖区企事业单位是重要出资群体（23.4%）,社区体协和居委会等拓展融资渠道能力较差。3）各阶层体育健身意识和体育需求逐步提高,而在指导员帮助下正规化、科学化健身的意识仍比较薄弱,且专职体育指导员数量严重不足。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire and interviews mastered the three Districts,27 Tianjin Binhai Street（town） in community sports development situation,to identify the reasons for restricting the development of community sports and give recommendations on the promotion of the construction of community sports daily life guidance.Findings：1） The Binhai three District community sports venue and facilities are poor（per capita 0.096 m2 outdoor venue,indoor sports venue per capita 0.017 m2）,grass-roots sport specific government funding shortage.2） Financed mainly from the grass-roots government and the sports administration department provided to Sports Associations and community activities in Binhai is limited and ration（12.8%）,enterprises and public institution are an important contribution（23.4%）,neighborhood committee is less able to expand financing channels.3） Awareness of all levels of sports,fitness and sports needs of the gradual increase,while in the instructor help formalize and scientific awareness of fitness is still relatively weak,and a serious shortage of the number of full-time sports instructor. |
