| 摘 要： | 老子的“道法自然”观强调的是人与人、人与社会、人与自然的和谐，以及在这一认识前提下派生出的顺从自然、恬淡修身的生命理论，包括：“贵身”、“惜身”的生命意识观；“名与利”、“得与亡”，、“荣与辱”对立统一的生命价值观；“上善若水”内外兼修的养生境界观以及“守中”的合理健身观。老子的生命观对现代学校健康教育如何培养学生正确的生命’观，积极参与健身养生实践具有十分重要的理论与实践指导价值。
