| 摘 要： | 随着我国篮球运动的发展,面对着愈演愈烈的竞争及外在的强大物质诱惑,一些教练员、运动员逐渐出现了思想上的迷失、道德上的沦丧等严重问题。由此可见,建立篮球文化思想教育机制,确立新时期篮球文化思想教育原则和以人为中心的管理制度已到了刻不容缓的时候。确立怎样的篮球文化思想教育原则,以弥补篮球运动员人文素质的缺失,提高篮球运动员文化思想觉悟,是篮球工作者亟待解决的问题之一。
