黄芪水提取液对小鼠抗疲劳作用及ANP分泌的影响

摘    要:观察黄芪水提取液对小鼠的抗疲劳作用和对血清心房钠尿肽(ANP)含量的影响。方法:将筛选出的24只昆明种小鼠随机分成黄芪水提取液组和对照组,每组12只。黄芪水提取液组灌胃给药剂量为24g/kg(相当于生药量),对照组灌胃等量生理盐水。分别灌胃3周,末次给药1 h后观察小鼠负重游泳力竭时间和检测血清中的ANP含量、SOD活性、MDA含量。结果:灌胃黄芪水提取液组小鼠负重游泳力竭时间明显延长(与对照组比较,P〈0.01),血清ANP含量显著增加(与对照组比较,P〈0.01)、SOD活性明显升高(与对照组比较,P〈0.01)、MDA含量显著降低(与对照组比较,P〈0.05)。结论:黄芪水提取液提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力,其作用与增加ANP分泌和提高抗自由基能力有关。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of Radix Astragali aqueous extract on ANP secretion and its function in exhaustive swimming mice.Methods:24 mice will be selected from 30 mice then random divided into two groups(control group,Radix Astragali aqueous extract group),and it is twelve in every group.The dose of Radix Astragali aqueous extract will be intragastric administration according to correspondent crude drug(24g/kg).The control group will be administrated by physiological saline.The loading swimming time will be determined after intragastric administration one hour in 21day.Then,the blood were obtained by extirpating eyeball in mice.SOD and MDA were determined by centrifuging the blood.Results Water extract of Radix astragali(24g/Kg) significantly extended the period of to reched exhaustion(P0.01 vs control) and increased serumal SOD activity in weight loading swimming mice(P0.01 vs control) after intragastric administration for 3 weeks.But the levels of MDA in serum was obviously decreased by Radix astragali treatment(P0.05 vs control).Conclusion Radix astragali aqueous extract plays an important role in anti-fatigue.It's possible that Radix Astragali via enhancing anti-free radical and increased serumal ANP level to achieving anti-fatigue effects.
