| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对当前青海东部地区农民参与体育锻炼的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明：青海东部地区农民对全民健身的认识比较模糊;体育场地、设施欠缺;体育组织机构不健全,缺乏对农民体育的宣传、组织与指导;农民业余闲暇时间参与体育活动的很少。基于调查研究提出了对策建议,旨在对青海东部地区农民体育发展有所裨益。
