| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、田野调查、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,从非物质文化遗产视角对新疆世居少数民族传统体育文化的传承概况、内涵与特征、保护与传承的困境、发展路径进行了研究.根据对新疆自治区被列为国家级体育非物质文化遗产名录项目的分析,新疆少数民族体育非物质文化遗产的主要特征是原生活态性、民族地域性、民俗依附性、群体认同性.新疆少数民族体育非物质文化遗产保护与传承面临的困境是:社会变迁过程中非物质文化遗产保护的有限性;缺少长远的定位与规划;传承主体的缺位;缺少评估与反馈机制.新疆少数民族传统体育的发展路径:加强对少数民族体育非物质文化遗产产生及传承环境的保护;加强对少数民族体育非物质文化遗产的长远规划与管理;对少数民族体育非物质文化遗产保护要形成法律化和制度化;加强对少数民族体育非物质文化遗产主体人的保护与关注;加强少数民族体育非物质文化遗产的教育普及,将其纳入教育体系之中.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,through the method of literature,field investigation,expert interview and questionnaire survey,the paper is research on Xinjiang localized general situation of the inheritance of traditional minority national sports culture,connotation and characteristics,the protection and inheritance dilemma.The characterized about sport intangible cultural heritage of Xiniang ethnic minorities is the original state of sexual life,national regional,folk dependent and group identity,according to the analysis on national sports intangible cultural heritage list of Xinjiang autonomous region.Xinjiang ethnic minority sports intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance on the dilemma:social change process of the intangible cultural heritage protection is limitation;The lack of long-term positioning and planning;Inheriting the absence of main body;The lack of evaluation and feedback mechanism.The development path of traditional minority national sports culture on Xinjiang:strengthen environment protection of ethnic minority sports intangible cultural creation and heritage;Strengthen the long-term planning and management of minority sports intangible cultural heritage;To form the legalization and institutionalization of ethnic sports intangible cultural heritage protection;Strengthen protection and attention of the minority intangible cultural heritage body;The ethnic minority sports intangible cultural heritage should be included in the education system and strengthen education and popularization. |
