| 摘 要： | 在全民健身国家战略推动下,体育消费,特别是体育健身消费增长速度较快,但是突出问题是全民健身服务供给不足,供给能力和水平与全民体育健身消费发展差距不少.文章以习近平总书记"供给侧结构性改革"理论为指导,围绕加快推进全民健身服务供给侧结构性改革提出基本论点:1)加快体育场地设施建设,补齐体育设施不足短板;2)加强体育健身人才建设,促进体育健身消费有序健康发展;3)改革体育赛事供给质量体系,增强全民健身消费持续增长新动力.全民健身服务供给侧结构性改革不仅关系到经济结构调整,促进产业升级发展,更具有实现"健康中国2030"伟大目标的深远意义.

| Abstract: | This paper takes the reform of supply side structure as the research object,Study on the short board problem of national fitness service provision,National Fitness strategy driven by national,Sports consumption,especially fitness consumption growth faster,But the national fitness service supply is insufficient,the supply ability and the level and the national fitness consumption development disparity.Guided by general secretary Xi Jin-ping's theory of "supply side structural reform",Around accelerating the national fitness service supply side structural reform put forward the basic argument is:First,accelerate the construction of sports facilities,sports facilities lack of padded short board;Secondly,strengthen the construction of physical fitness talents,promote the healthy and orderly development of sports consumption;Finally,the reform of sporting events supply quality system,and enhance national fitness consumption continued to grow new impetus.National fitness service supply side structural reform is not only related to economic restructuring,promote industrial upgrading,but also has the realization of Health China 2030 great goal far-reaching significance. |
