| 摘 要： | 体育政策是实现国家体育现代化治理的重要方式,科学的体育政策评估是检验体育政策实效性的重要手段.建国以来,我国制定出台了多种多样的体育政策,并取得一定成效,但体育政策评估的机制、内容、标准、方法、模式等相对滞后,没有科学合理的体育政策评估体系,理论研究相对匮乏.本文旨在构建科学合理的体育政策评估理论体系,归纳界定体育政策评估内涵及价值取向,厘定多元化的体育政策评估主体,设计科学合理的体育政策评估流程,规范制定体育政策评估标准,采用科学的体育政策评估方法,最后指出我国体育政策评估研究急需解决的问题及发展方向.

| Abstract: | The key to realized the national sports modernization management by the sports policy,The science sports policy evaluation is an important way to test the effective sports policy.Since the country founded,implemented a variety of the effective sports policy,but the sports policy evaluation mechanism,content,standard,method were relatively lag behind.The system of the sports policy evaluation was unreasonable,the fund research is relatively scarce.The paper is to build a scientific and reasonable system of the sports policy evaluation theory,defined the sports policy evaluation connotation and value orientation,and set the main body,design the process of the sports policy evaluation,standardized the sports policy evaluation criteria,adopt the scientific methods,finally,pointed out that we will to solve the problems and the development direction. |
