| 摘 要： | 训练理念的滞后折射出运动训练对科学性的探寻，训练的科学化是提高训练质量的唯一有效途径，创新意识是运动训练科学性的凸显，表明当前运动训练科学性的现实需要。系统性、综合性和实效性是现代科学训练的主要特征；贯彻以专项为核心的训练理念是运动训练科学性的重要要求。运动训练科学性不仅注重对运动“过程”的控制，而且重新审视“比赛与训练”和“比赛与恢复”的真正内涵。

| Abstract: | Because of the backwordness of training idea, scientific nature is the key to athletics training, scientific training is unique efficient way that improves training quality, innovative consciousness is obviously expression of athletics training scientific nature, all above these show realistic need of present athletics training scientific nature. Systematic,comprehensiveness and effectiveness are mainly characteristics of modem scientific training; carrying out training idea of specialized as core is important demand of athletics training scientific nature. Athletics trainiug scientific nature not only pays attention to athletic prucess control, but also surveys really meaning of ＂completion and training＂ and ＂completion and recovery＂again. |
