| 摘 要： | 以家庭为单位进行的体育锻炼，是群众体育活动中出现的新生事物。近年来长春市经济文化发展和人民生活水平有所提高，促进了长春市家庭体育的发展，其前景十分可观。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对长春市目前家庭体育现状进行调查，分析了影响因素，对长春市家庭体育发展提出合理化建议。
