论体育公共产品与体育产业

摘    要:体育公共产品是以社会全体成员为服务对象,实现社会全体成员的共同利益为目的,面向体育产品消费环节的概念;而体育产业是提供体育公共产品的一种生产方式,是面向体育产品生产环节的概念界定。体育产业是我国在现有的财政收支能力下为满足社会全体成员的多样化体育需求所做出的切合实际的选择。厘清体育公共产品与体育产业的关系,对于构建体育公共产品的多元化供给格局,进而满足人们日益多样化的体育需求,具有基础理论意义。

Abstract:Sports public products is to all members of society to achieve social service object,and for the common interest of all members,for sports product consumer link concept;and the sports industry is to provide sports public products which is a mode of production,and for the production process.Sports industry is our existing fiscal capacity to meet the diversity of all members of the physical demands of practical choice.Clarifying the relationship between the sports products and sports industry has the basic theoretisal significance for consbucting the diversified puttern of sports public goods slpply and meeting people increasingly diresified sports requirements.
