| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访问调查、数理统计等研究方法，对陕西省地方高校公体教师队伍的现状进行调查与研究。结果显示：陕西省地方高校公体教师队伍中青年教师所占比例较大并且教学、科研能力差；教师学历普追偏低；正、副高级职称的教师太少；结构不合理等。并针对问题，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper has investigated the current situation of local high schools in Shanxi province through the methods of using documents,visiting and investigating and accounting,etc.The result shows that young teachers occupy too much proponion and their teaching and scientific research ability are poor,and their educational background is generally low,the teachers with advanced title of the professional post are less and the staff construction isn't equitable and so on.Further more,the author of this paper provides some corresponding countermeasures. |
