| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、理论分析、逻辑推理法等对近10年来竞技体育后备人才培养模式的现状进行研究,肯定了竞技体育后备人才培养模式研究中的成绩,指出存在的问题,并分析了今后竞技体育后备人才发展趋势。

| Abstract: | This article studies the training modes of talent succession for completive sports in the recent ten years with the methods of literature and documentation,theoretic analysis,and logic reasoning.The article gives affirmation about the achievements and points out the problems in the studies of the training modes of talent succession for completive sports,and analyzes the development trend of talent succession for completive sports in the future. |
