| 摘 要： | 反思型教师是对传统的“经验型教师”的超越。体育课程改革要求体育教师以一个研究者的身份进入教育教学实践，做一个对自己的实践不断思索的“反思的实践者”。要成为反思型的体育教师，需要在发挥教学主体能动性的过程中不断反思，在完善教学观念的过程中不断反思，更要在开展教学实践的过程中不断反思。

| Abstract: | "Self-examination-oriented teacher",which was put forward in recent years,transcends traditional "empirical teacher".In the reform in course of P.E,the teachers are necessarily required to partake the practice of education and teaching as a researcher and self-examination-oriented P.E theacher,who can always reflect his practice.To grow a self-examination-oriented P.E teacher,one should constantly reflect himself while playing his subject dynamic role and perfecting his teaching idea,Especially,he should cultivate his refection ability in the course of his teaching practice. |
