| 摘 要： | 入世后我国市场经济不断发展和完善,体育无形资产对市场和法律的依赖性日益增强。针对体育无形资产开发过程中流失现象,为保障体育无形资产可持续开发,必须加强体育无形资产保护：既加快体育无形资产领域法治建设,又注重体育无形资产市场信用建设,此外,还要采取一系列措施。一定要加强法治建设,更重要的是注重信用建设。

| Abstract: | China＇s market economy has been perfect after joining in WTO.Sports intangible assets has been dependent on market and law increasingly.For the sustainable development of sports intangible assets,the protection of sports intangible assets must be strengthened in the face of wastage of sports intangible assets in the development.It is needed to speed up building of ruling by law in the field of sports intangible assets and emphasize credit building of sports intangible assets market.in addition,a series of ways must be used.The building of ruling by law must be strengthened,credit building is more important. |
