| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化的主要特征是"和谐",它是建立"尚武竞和"武术思想文化的重要依据,是将武术运动项目竞技的特点和规律(工具理性)与其育人的特点和规律(价值理性),以及制度建设统一起来的战略发展性的研究。竞技武术偏重于"夺取锦标"外延性研究,忽略了武术对人的灵魂,即武术"和谐文化"的研究,这是制约中国武术发展的"瓶颈"。因此,需要建设适应中国武术在世界发展所必需的人本位的武术文化和制度文化,对其加以规范,以提升中国武术"软实力"。

| Abstract: | The main feature of traditional Chinese culture is the "harmony",which is the establishment of a "King and the" martial arts an important basis of ideology and culture is to martial arts competitive sport characteristics and laws of(instrumental rationality) and its characteristics and laws of educating people(value rationality),and system building up a unified strategy for developmental studies. |
