| 摘 要： | 通过对体育与教育系统运动人才培养现状困惑的分析，采用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法，得出我国竞技体育体制必须进行改革的结论，提出构建竞技体育学校化运动人才培养模式，并对该模式的具体实施及运行机制提出了积极的构想。
