| 摘 要： | 农村地区远离城市、经济相对薄弱、发展很不均衡。从整个教育发展的大环境看，农村学校体育仍处于比较落后的状态。尤其是在经济欠发达的豫东南地区，农村中小学学校体育课教学成为制约素质教育广泛开展的瓶颈，而广泛开展农村学校体育工作对于全面提高中华民族的整体素质有着不可忽视的作用。通过对豫东南这一经济欠发达地区的农村中小学体育现状的调查、分析，找出一些亟待解决的问题，并提出一些有关解决这些问题的方法，试图为同类型地区的学校体育教学改革提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The rural areas are far from urban cities with a relatively weak economy and the development of these areas is unbalanced. Seen from the whole environment of education, the rural schools are still backward, especially in the district of the underdeveloped Southeast Henan Province where the school P. E teaching has been the main factor to restrict the widespread development of quality education. However, the widespread development of the P. E of rural schools is of great significance for the over- all improvement of the quality of the Chinese people. Through investigation and analysis of the current situation of P. E in the underdeveloped rural schools of the Southeastern Henan Province, the paper has found some urgent problems and furthermore, given some solutions to these problems for the purpose of providing certain references for the P. E teaching reform of the similar type of rural schools. |
