| 摘 要： | 防反能力是排球比赛获胜的重要因素之一，而拦防水平高低又直接影响着防反能力的强弱。通过文献资料法、实验法和数据统计法，对高校女排的拦防战术进行创新研究，设计出新的“拦防一体化”战术体系，旨在提高我国高校女排拦防战术水平。

| Abstract: | The ability of defense,blocking and counter attack is one of the most important aspects in the winning of volleyball games,and it is directly affected by blocking shots level.This article improves the defending and blocking strategy on the current volleyball games and designs a new attacking system by reference study,experiment and statistical method.This brand-new system unifies defending and blocking technique,aiming at promoting the defense level of college women's volleyball team in China. |
