| 摘 要： | 通过对中小学体育教师教学目标制定能力、教学背景分析能力、教学实施能力和教学评价能力等方面的培训经验进行的整理和总结,指出中小学体育教师在教学能力方面存在的问题及解决策略,为进一步提高＂国培计划＂中小学体育教师的培训质量提供参考。

| Abstract: | Study of primary and secondary physical education teachers ability to develop objectives,teaching background,analytical skills,the teaching process design capabilities,evaluation of teaching ability and teaching ability to implement other aspects of training experience to conduct a careful combing and concluded that the ability of primary and secondary school physical education teachers problems and solution to further enhancing the national training program＇s quality in training primary and secondary school P. E. teachers to provide a reference. |
