| 摘 要： | 运用社会调查、数理统计等方法分析高校教师参加体育锻炼的人群特征。被调查教师健康状况令人担忧,35岁以上年龄段的健康水平呈随年龄增大下降的趋势;＂经常锻炼＂人群比例不足1/3,锻炼频度随年龄增大呈上升的趋势;锻炼项目呈年轻教师喜爱时尚运动和竞争性较强的运动,而中老年教师则以散步、冰雪和秧歌为主的特点等。

| Abstract: | With questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics,the paper deals with the investigation and analysis on the population characteristics of teachers＇ physical exercise in University.The results of investigation shows that it is worried about the health of respondent teachers,over 35 years old respondents the health was declined with the increasing age;the ＂regular exercise＂teachers are even less than 30%,As the age grows,exercise frequency variability will be more increasing trends.Different age can choose to exercise a project differently.The main characteristics is that the young teacher likes fashionable and competitive sport,and the middle-aged teacher likes walking,ice and snow,Yangko and so on. |
