摘    要:运用观察法、调查法和实验法等对“技术操”准备活动与“传统式”准备活动在背越式跳高教学中进行实验研究。结果表明:“技术操”既能使学生达到准备活动的目的,又能使学生在准备活动中就能体会、学习、掌握和强化背越式跳高技术,使学生在有限的教学时数里获得更大的教学效果,为体育院系田径技术教学改革提供有益参考。

Abstract:Observation,investigation and experiment methods are used to research into the difference from the warming-up exercises by'dills in technique'and'traditional style'in back style teaching.The results show that the'dills in technique'can both achieve the goal of warming-up exercise and make the students realize,master and strengthen the back style technique,which gets much more teaching effects in limited time.This provides valuable reference for the technique teaching reform of track and field course in P.E.
