世界优秀男子短跑运动员100m跑分段速度的灰色相关分析

摘    要:通过对世界优秀男子短跑运动员100m跑分段速度的灰色相关分析,揭示了100m跑的运动正朝着力量、速度相均衡的方向发展,体现了起跑快、加速能力强,绝对速度高,保持高速距离长的特点。提高100m跑运动成绩的关键是利用训练、营养等有效手段提高机体ATP—CP的含量,发展运动员的加速能力和延长保持最大速度的距离,尽量降低糖酵解供能,缩短速度耐力跑段的距离;寻求步频和步幅的最佳配比。我国优秀男子运动员100m跑的加速跑离较长,但绝对速度差是制约我国男子100m跑运动成绩发展的症结。

Abstract:By the grey correlation analysis of sectional 100m speed of world eoite sprinters,it discloses the essence and deep rule among sectional 100m speeds.Sowe fynd that the training way of world elite men short-distance sprinters is developing towards the direction of keeping the balance between speed and physical strength.It embodies the features of quick start.powerful accelerative ability,high absolute speed and keeping high speed for long time.The key to improve the result of 100m dash is using the effective methods like training and nutrition to raise the physical content of ATP-CP,developing the athlete's ability of acceleration and lengthening the lingth of keeping the maximum velocity,reducing the tlycolysis energy supply to the best of one's abilities.shortening the distance of speed distance of the elite short-distance sprinters in our corntry is pkng comparatively.However,the weak absolute speed is the sticking pint of restricting the result development of the male 100m dash in our country
