| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，针对大学生体育与健康行为特征，进行了体育与健康的关系、体育锻炼行为和健康意识行为的调查研究，分析其存在原因，寻求对策，为进一步深化体育教学改革，培养学生的终身体育思想和能力提供参考。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature,questionnair and logic statistics,the paper analyzes the relation between P.E.and health as well as the relation between P.E.exercise behavior and health consciousness on the basis of the feature of college students' P.E and health behaviors.It also finds some reasons,seeks some countermeasures and provides references to deepen P.E reform and cultivate students' lifelong educational thinking. |
