| 摘 要： | 运用西方经济学有关理论,对职业球员工资问题进行了阐释和分析。研究表明:职业球员工资是在球员劳动供给和需求关系的共同作用下形成的:职业体育俱乐部处于买方垄断地位时,职业球员的工资收入通常低于他们的劳动边际收入产出MRPL;超级球星获得高工资的真正原因是与普通球员相比,他们能够为职业体育俱乐部带来更多MRPL;过去的几十年间职业球员工资增长速度很快,但这并不表明现在的球员比他们的同行前辈的技术水平高超多少,而是主要在于他们的MRPL大幅度提高及其它方面的原因。

| Abstract: | Applying for basic theory of the microeconomics, the author analyzes and explains the problem of professional players incomes. The paper brings out that the wages of professional players are decided by the relation of supply and demand of the their abor, that the wages of professional players are ususally less than their MRPL to the professional sport clubs when the clubs are monopolies in the professional sport labor - market, that the real and the deepest reason why super - stars gain much more wages than common pkyers is that their MRPL to clubs are much more than common players', and that the reasons why the wages of professional sports have increased so much during the past decades mainly lie in today's pkyers' MRPL have increased much more than past and other factors. |
