| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈数理统计等方法，对苏州外资企业职工健身活动的现状进行调查。结果显示：外企男职工参与健身活动的积极性比女职工高；他们参与健身活动的动机、内容、形式和场所表现出多元化特征；周末或节假日是外企职工主要的健身活动时间段，而工作忙、缺乏活动场所和指导是影响外资企业职工进行健身活动的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of the documints and materials,questionnaire investigation,visiting to experts and mathematical statistics etc,we have surveyed current situation of Suzhou overseas-founded enterprise worker's body building.The result shows:Enthusiasm of building up body of min working in foreign enterprise is higher than that of femald employes;They demonstrate the pluralistic characteristic in the motive,content,form and place of participationg in body building;Weekend or festival is the main body buioding time slot of worker of foreign enterprise o day,it is the main reason that influence the worker of overseas-funded enterprise to carry on body building to be busy,lack the playground and guide. |
