多元体育课成绩评价的效果研究

摘    要:以“运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应”五个领域的课程目标建立多元体育课成绩动态评价体系,经过10个月的体育学习后,对实验组和学生组的体质健康测试数据和体育学习兴趣调查结果进行研究分析。结果显示,多元体育成绩评价能有效地提高学生参与体育的积极性、自觉性和主动性,促进学生体质健康水平的提高,且优于传统评价方法,并为学生终身体育锻炼习惯的养成奠定了基础。

Abstract:According to five targets that are participate in sports,sports skills,physical health,mental health,social adjustment,the author established a system of dynamic performance evaluation in multi-elemental physical education courses,and analysed the data of Physical Health Conditions Test and the interest in learning Physical Education Courses between the experimental group and the no-experimental group,who also had taken physical education courses for a period of 10 months.The results showed that evaluation of multi-elemental physical education courses could improve students' participation effectively in sports enthusiasm,conscientiousness and initiative,and promote student's health level,and also be superior to traditional evaluation methods,particularly be good for students to form their exercises habits of long-life sports.
