| 摘 要： | 通过对长沙市6所高校部分大学女生和老师的问卷调查，就体育课现状、参加体育活动的意识、体育行为、体育消费、对学校体育器材设施和教师工作的满意程度等方面进行了调查分析，并提出相应的对策。旨在探讨提高高校女生参加课外体育活动的主动性和自觉性，提高课外体育活动的效果。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation on Changsha college female students and teachers of 6 universities, the paper analyze the present situation of the physical education, the conscious of participating the physical activities, the consumption on physical education, the sports equipment and the quality of the teaching staff. The paper aims to probe the initiative and conscientious of the college female students participating the extracurricular sports activities and develop the effects of participating the extracurricular sports activities. |
