| 摘 要： | 通过回顾武术思想的历史嬗变,从传统文化的角度对武术进行新的认识,对武术教育进行定义,认为高校的武术教育要树立＂人本位＂的教育思想,培养＂身、心、群＂协调发展、具有创新精神和实践能力的＂德技兼备＂的武术人才,为民族传统体育专业教学改革提供一些新思路。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the historical evolution of thought of martial arts,and from the perspective of traditional culture,a new understanding of martial arts appears.Martial arts education in colleges and universities should establish "people-based" education idea,and develop a "body,mind,and group of "coordinated development of,innovative spirit and practical ability "moral and skills in both" martial arts talent,in order to provide some new ideas for the national traditional sports major teaching reform. |
